All Rentals, LLC. was founded in Chico, California in May 2007 by internet entrepreneurs Kristopher Rudeegraap and Jeffrey Schnepple.  All Rentals, LLC was converted to All Rentals Network, Inc. in early 2008. All Rentals Network, Inc. launched its first online website, AllChicoRentals.com, in spring 2008 in Chico, CA.
